In addition, using sand as a filter medium is more environmentally friendly as no replacement filters or chemicals are required. For extra cleaning, we recommend using chlorine tablets. The filter material is not included in the delivery.

• Home Delivery Service (2-person handling)
• Up to the first lockable door (exception: K15, to the curb)
• Delivery takes place between 8 AM and 4 PM

Before delivery, the forwarding company will contact you by phone to arrange a precise delivery date. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a domestic phone number.

If the delivery of the goods fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
