The seat on this ingenious vehicle can be adjusted to the size of the driver. The seat can be adjusted to three different positions so that you can always reach the pedals. With the cool sound module , you can make your go-kart something very special. The Buddy models are designed for children aged 3 to 8 years. The go-kart is designed for a weight of up to 50 kg. The ideal body size is between 100 and 140 cm.

Die Lieferung von Waren erfolgt auf dem Versandweg an die vom Kunden angegebene Lieferanschrift, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart ist. Bei der Abwicklung der Transaktion ist die vom Kunden bei Frischluftkinder.de hinterlegte Lieferanschrift maßgeblich.

Versand TT-Platten nach Deutschland durch DHL:

• Home Delivery Service (2-Mann-Handling)
• Bis zur ersten verschließbaren Tür (Ausnahme: K15, bis Bordsteinkante)
• Anlieferung erfolgt zwischen 8 und 16 Uhr
• inklusive telefonischer Avisierung

Vor Anlieferung kontaktiert dich die Spedition telefonisch, um einen genauen Termin mit dir abzustimmen. Hierbei ist es notwendig, dass eine inländische Telefonnummer hinterlegt ist.

Scheitert die Zustellung der Ware aus Gründen, die der Kunde zu vertreten hat, trägt der Kunde die dem Verkäufer hierdurch entstehenden angemessenen Kosten.

Dies gilt im Hinblick auf die Kosten für die Hin-Sendung nicht, wenn der Kunde sein Widerrufsrecht wirksam ausübt. Für die Rücksendekosten gilt bei wirksamer Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts durch den Kunden die in der Widerrufsbelehrung des Verkäufers hierzu getroffene Regelung.

Versandkostenpauschale

Die Versandkostenpauschale beträgt 5,99 Euro bei einem Bestellwert unter 99 Euro. Die Versandkostenpauschale enthält die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Da die Mehrwertsteuer auf die Versandkostenpauschale abhängig von den erworbenen Waren berechnet wird, kann sie sich mindern, wenn Waren zu niedrigeren Umsatzsteuersätzen erworben werden (z.B. bei Erwerb von Büchern). Das bedeutet, dass die Versandkostenpauschale erst im Rahmen des Bestellprozesses endgültig berechnet werden kann. Sie kann dabei jedoch nicht höher, sondern nur zu euren Gunsten niedriger werden.
