Goods are delivered by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address provided by the customer on Frischluftkinder.de is decisive for the transaction processing.

• Home Delivery Service (2-person handling)
• Up to the first lockable door (exception: K15, to the curb)
• Delivery takes place between 8 AM and 4 PM

Before delivery, the forwarding company will contact you by phone to arrange a precise delivery date. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a domestic phone number.

If the delivery of the goods fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

Flat-Rate Shipping Cost

The flat-rate shipping cost is 5.99 Euros for orders under 99 Euros. The flat-rate shipping cost includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat-rate shipping cost is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g., when purchasing books).
