In addition, using sand as a filter medium is more environmentally friendly, as no replacement filters or chemicals are needed. For extra cleaning, we recommend using chlorine tablets. The filter material is not included in the delivery.

• Home Delivery Service (2-person handling)
• Up to the first lockable door (exception: K15, to the curb)
• Delivery takes place between 8 AM and 4 PM
• Includes telephone notification

Before delivery, the forwarding company will contact you by phone to arrange a precise delivery date. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a domestic phone number.

If the delivery of the goods fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

This does not apply to the costs of the outward shipment if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. For return costs, if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal, the provisions set out in the seller's cancellation policy apply.

Flat-Rate Shipping Cost

The flat-rate shipping cost is 5.99 Euros for orders under 99 Euros. The flat-rate shipping cost includes statutory VAT.
