The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany.
Please note that the billing address must also be located within Germany.

In addition to the stated prices, for deliveries within Germany with a merchandise value under 99 Euros, we charge a flat rate of 5.99 Euros per order. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

You will receive your order in a single shipment if possible, unless your order contains items that need to be packaged separately, transported differently, or are available for delivery at a later date. This will not result in any disadvantages for you.

Shipping may vary slightly depending on the region. On certain holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.), there may also be delays of 2-3 days. Shipping delays can always occur which we unfortunately cannot influence. However, we do our best to ensure the goods reach you as quickly as possible by constantly communicating with the shipping service provider.

Goods are delivered by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address provided by the customer on Frischluftkinder.de is decisive for the transaction processing.

• Home Delivery Service (2-person handling)
• Up to the first lockable door (exception: K15, to the curb)
• Delivery takes place between 8 AM and 4 PM
• Includes telephone notification

Before delivery, the forwarding company will contact you by phone to arrange a precise delivery date. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a domestic phone number.

If the delivery of the goods fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

This does not apply to the costs of the outward shipment if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. For return costs, if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal, the provisions set out in the seller's cancellation policy apply.

Flat-Rate Shipping Cost

The flat-rate shipping cost is 5.99 Euros for orders under 99 Euros. The flat-rate shipping cost includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat-rate shipping cost is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping cost can only be definitively calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, only lower in your favor.
